Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Rossie’s Signature, it is your responsibility to coordinate and oversee Sales duties in the company, and ensure that the Marketing office operates efficiently and smoothly. In this role, you will be required to work at Rossie’s Signature
- Participate in Rossie’s Signature stock management and control
- Assist Rossie’s Signature shoppers locate the products and goods they desire
- Perform cash processing and card payments
- Stock shelves with Rossie’s Signature goods
- Answer queries from shoppers
- Guide and give advice to customers on product selection
- Deal with customer refunds
- Keep the Rossie’s Signature store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering
- Work within established guidelines with brands
- Attach price tags to merchandise
- Look out for shoplifters; responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent credit cards
- Receive and store Rossie’s Signature stock

- Having an engaging and friendly personality
- Smart and hardworking young lady between 22 and 28 years
- Must be polite and helpful
- Must be physically fit
- Possess detailed understanding of area of sales i.e., fast moving consumer goods, sports, retail, equipment, etc.
- Must be adept at social media, WhatsApp to respond to client enquiries.
- Knowledge of inventory techniques
- Smart in appearance and articulate.
