Office Assistant

Job Specifications:

  • Full Time
  • Required Qualifications: OND

Job Description:
  • Handles Telephones – answers, screens and transfers inbound phone calls
  • Handles visitors – receives and directs visitors and clients
  • Handles general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Resolves administrative problems and inquiries
  • Provides strong support to the direct supervisor as to achieve the overall goal of the company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • OND (any discipline) or WAEC, previous experience as a Secretary or Office Assistant is an added advantage.
  • Preferably under the age of 30 years with a minimum of 1 year work experience
  • Must be able to multi-task   
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service oriented

Job Description:
  • Transporting staff and goods on official assignments at United Nigeria Airlines United Nigeria Airlines.
  • Picking up staff, office purchases or other administrative errands.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use.
  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks and arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary outside United Nigeria Airlines.
  • Driving a variety of vehicles, including cars, buses and trucks when necessary at United Nigeria Airlines
  • Provides strong movement support to the line manager as to achieve the overall goal of United Nigeria Airlines.
Qualification and Requirement:
  • Relevant educational qualifications are WAEC, SSCE, GCE, OND, NCE, etc.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • At least one (1) year driving experience
  • FAAN air side driving certificate will be added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years airport driving experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of the operating local area
  • Must be physically fit to be able to lift objects

Catering Supervisor
